Melbourne Central Logo Tote Personalisation service

Embroidery of up to 4 initials is available on Country Road logo tote bags at Country Road Melbourne Central from Thursday 17 August 2017 until close of trade Saturday 19 August 2017. The service will not be offered at any other Country Road stores, Outlet Stores, Myer or David Jones stores or online at countryroad.com.au or outlet.countryroad.com.au. No orders will be taken over the phone. The cost of the service will be applied at the point of sale in store as an additional $10 to the original price of the item per item to be embroidered. No discounts can be applied to the cost of the personalisation service. Once payment has been made, the customer must place the order at the personalisation station outside the store on level 2. This offer is only redeemable on the day that the Country Road logo tote bag is purchased at Melbourne Central during the offer period. Customers may select from a choice of 6 thread colours for the embroidery – black, white, navy, silver, gold and rose gold. Personalisation placement is stipulated by Country Road and cannot be changed under any circumstances. Country Road will not be held liable for any incorrect details provided by the customer. Customers may ask for a combination of up to 4 letters however Country Road has the right to refuse any words or phrases at their discretion. Once the item has been personalised, it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault or as otherwise required by law. Items will be personalised whilst you wait unless otherwise agreed with the store. During busy periods customers will be advised of wait times and will be contacted when their item is ready via phone. The offer is available strictly while stocks last. The offer cannot be used on a prior purchase or existing or new lay-by. The offer is subject to our General Terms and Conditions and Delivery, Returns, Loyalty Program and Privacy policies, which are available at countryroad.com.au. Personalisation is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Applicable refunds or credit notes provided will only reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the receipt, rather than the original ticket price. The offer is exclusively available to the original recipient of the email and is not transferable. The percentage discount is applied against the marked price (excluding delivery costs) and is valid only on the styles featured in the email. To redeem the offer in store the Cardholder must present the email along with their Cardholder Program Card. If a Cardholder Program Card cannot be presented at the time of redemption, then the customer must present another form of identification displaying their name and address. To redeem online, the Cardholder must sign in to their Cardholder account and apply the offer at Checkout. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
